These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, blog content, digital templates, downloads, and coaching services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services. We may update these Terms from time to time — continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

You may view, download, and print free Content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, redistribute, resell, or claim authorship of it, and any attribution or branding must stay intact.

License for Purchased Digital Products

When you purchase a template, tracker, or other digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own household or personal financial management. You may not:

• Resell, share, or redistribute the file — including using it in your own coaching, membership, or client work

• Remove branding or claim the product as your own creation

• Upload the file to a public template marketplace or shared drive

Each purchase covers a single household/user unless a multi-use license is expressly stated at checkout.

Content You Submit to Us

If you submit a testimonial, comment, or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant us permission to use it in our marketing and on our website. You may ask us to remove it at any time by contacting us.

 

3. Coaching Services

Our 1:1 and group coaching sessions are educational and supportive in nature. Specific terms for individual coaching packages — including scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling — will be set out in your coaching agreement or booking confirmation, which forms part of these Terms for that engagement.

 

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through Wix Payments or a connected third-party processor (such as Stripe or PayPal). We do not store your full payment card details.

Digital products purchased are non-refundable, as they are delivered to you immediately upon payment and can be used right away. Coaching sessions are non-refundable; however, sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

 

You're responsible for providing accurate billing information and for all charges made through your account.

 

5. Educational Purpose Only — Disclaimer

General

The Money Mentor Mom provides financial coaching, education, and general resources. Nothing on this website, in our coaching sessions, or in our templates and content constitutes personalized financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
